When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. South African Post Office


Rates apply for postage anywhere in R.S.A. Parcel takes 3 – 10 working days to arrive depending on destination. Add items to your shopping cart and press the "Calulate Shipping" button to calculate prices and delivery times.

Speed Services

For parcels not weighing more than 1kg. Sent from a post office for overnight delivery to main centres and following working day to outlying areas to the receivers post box excluding weekends and public holidays. Rates apply for postage to anywhere in R.S.A

Aramex Berco Couriers

For parcels with a maximum weight of 2kg delivered anywhere in the R.S.A to your door. Main centres will be delivered the following day (outlying areas may take up to 72 hours to deliver)

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable packages

If packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Shipping charges will have to be paid again before the parcel is resent

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays provided payment is validated.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 5 working plus freight transit time.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Just Electronics CC will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Refunds/returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase , you must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days after receipt of the item. Goods returned after this period will be liable to a 20% handling fee. Shipping to send items back is at the buyers cost.

Products should not be used at all as well as proof of purchase (invoice) and the original packaging.


All items carry a repair gurantee from our suppliers who will either repair or replace the item.


To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be: Complete, unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

Any "Free Gifts" received with the product must also be returned. 

We cannot cancel your purchase when you return your product to us without proof of purchase:
- the warranty seal has been broken on any item
- the goods were a special order to your specification.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
